“I appreciate our comprehensive approach to treating neck and back pain. I always tell patients to think of this as an EDUCATIONAL EXPEREINCE and use this time to LEARN. Learn about the things needed to improve disc health like water and nutrition. Learn about avoiding re-injury by increasing core strength. The traction does its part to “open up “the vertebral spaces. The [patient has the obligation to themselves to do the rest. It’s definitely about a lifestyle change, but it works and it’s worth it.”
